Senior thesis film to be screened, May 22

The premiere test screening of "The Instrument," a film written and directed by senior Adam Nemett, will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 22, at the Frist Campus Center theater.
"The Instrument," Nemett's senior thesis project for the Program in Creative Writing , is a collaboration between students and faculty members from Princeton and the Maryland Institute College of Art. It involved more than 60 actors, musicians, composers, cinematographers, editors and visual artists from Princeton, including a cameo by Professor Cornel West and musical contributions from Professor Paul Lansky and the Princeton University Orchestra.
The film chronicles the experiences of seven art students working toward unlocking the secrets of a new system of ritual worship based on music. For more information, visit the film's official Web site .
