Our staff will work with you to select, produce and order conference packet materials. We will also collate the materials you have selected for your packet.
In Stock Folders, Printed Materials and Name Tags
Conference and Event Services has in stock basic conference materials. A standard packet might include the following:
- Campus map
Consultative services are free. Fees for in stock items include:
- Standard Packet - (includes non-customized black and white campus map, 10 page notepad, Princeton University folder, and printed nametag) - $2.50/packet
- Printed Clip Nametag - $.50/tag
- Lanyards - $1.50/lanyard
Custom Ordered Items, Gifts and Souvenirs
Should you decide to customize items or provide souvenirs or gifts to your attendees our staff can make recommendations for preferred vendors. Most items can be personalized for your particular conference or event. Popular items include:
- Conference bags
- Water bottles
- Customized USB Flash Drives (these items can serve a dual purpose by containing easy access to your conference website)
- Bound Notepads
- Key Rings
Consultative services are a free. However, you are responsible for the direct expense of items ordered. See Billing Guidelines for policies regarding these fees.
Our office will provide signs for your event and suggest places to place them for wayfinding during a conference or event. It is your responsibility to place the signs and return them to our office.
Although there is no fee for this service there is a $100.00/sign replacement fee for every sign that is not returned.
We can produce customized campus maps for your conference or event highlighting relevant locations. Customized maps may then be available to your attendees at registration or downloaded from your conference registration site.
There is no fee for the creation of a custom map. However you will be billed the direct expense of printing copies. See Billing Guidelines for policies regarding these fees.
If necessary we will make available to you these miscellaneous items. All items must be picked up and returned to our office.
- Black and orange golf umbrellas
- Black tablecloths suitable for registration tables. It is your responsibility to pick up and return these items to our office.
Although there is no fee to borrow these items, there is a $25.00/ umbrella replacement fee and $50.00/ tablecloth replacement fee for each item not returned.
