On behalf of the staff and undergraduate student Governance Board of the Carl A. Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding I extend a gracious welcome to you! The Carl A. Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding boasts a unique combination of assets and skills provided by students, alumni, faculty and staff to the greater Princeton University community. An overarching goal of the center is to assist the University in its charge to maintain an environment that acknowledges, respects, and promotes diversity by providing cultural, social, political advocacy and leadership development opportunities for all students. Many of the programs sponsored by the Carl A. Fields Center are student-initiated and are intentionally planned to address the concerns and challenges of a diverse campus community. These programs encourage collaboration between student organizations and the entire Princeton University community.
