The principal goal of the Ceramic Materials Laboratory (CML) is to advance materials processing by linking our scientific investigations with technological needs. Our research not only seeks to improve material systems through basic and applied research, but aims to integrate functionality with improved material performance. Inspired by Nature, we combine basic research with advanced engineering concepts to develop multifunctional materials for tomorrow's technology.
