ELECTION TIMELINE

The following is a summary of the election process. For more
details see the election
plan as approved by Assembly.
- Election Committee formed: Wednesday, Dec. 8th
- Election Plan approved: Wednesday, Jan. 12th
- Election Committee calls for nominations: Dec. 11th, Jan.
15th, Feb. 4th, Feb 7th.
- Deadline for nominations: Monday, Feb. 7
th
- Nominees will be contacted to confirm their interest
and asked to submit campaign statements.
- Candidate statements due: Thursday, Feb. 10th (5pm)
- Announcement of candidates: Monday, Feb. 14th
- "Meet the Candidates" Forum: Monday, Feb. 21st (6-7pm,
Frist 234)
- Election days: Monday, Feb. 28th (9am) - Friday, Mar. 4th(11:59pm)
- Election count and announcement: by Wednesday, Mar. 9th
