About me

I am a Juniorprofessor at Technische Universität Berlin heading the Information Theory and Applications Group. Before joining Technische Universität Berlin, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University in the group of Prof. H. Vincent Poor. In 2012, I received the Dr.-Ing. degree in electrical engineeing from the Technische Universität München under the supervision of Prof. Holger Boche.

In 2013, I received the VDE Johann-Philipp-Reis Prize for my work on physical layer security. I am one of the Exemplary Reviewers 2013 for the IEEE Communication Letters. My research interests are in the area of information theory and communication theory; in particular topics related to physical layer security, cyber-physical systems, and wireless communications.

News

  • I joined Technische Universität Berlin as a Juniorprofessor in December 2015

  • I am always looking for motivated Ph.D. students who are interested to join my research group.
