Downloadable files are now coming from a PC server.  There have been some reports of periods when capacity limits are reached, producing "too many users" messages.  I'm not sure how often this is happening..    So please report such incidents as specifically as possible, as well as bad links, problems with unavailability of a download, or slow downloads.
