Restaurant Associates operates the Café 701. Upon recommendation by and with support from OIT and Finance & Treasury, Restaurant Associates is the exclusive caterer for all events occurring in 701 Carnegie Center, effective October 24, 2011.

Requests to use outside food service providers for events occurring in the 701 Carnegie Center, may be granted if the food item of choice is not provided by Restaurant Associates. These requests should be discussed with the Events and Facility Manager, Finance & Treasury and OIT requests will be forwarded to the appropriate departmental contact for review. All outside food service providers need to provide appropriate state health department certification as well as meet the insurance requirements of both Princeton University and Boston Properties.
