Equipment Rental ChargesThese charges apply to all non-course-related activities and are assessed on a daily basis. There is no charge for equipment used in conjunction with regularly scheduled classes or for the use of equipment that is permanently installed in classrooms, lecture halls and lounges. However, normal labor rates apply for Media Services technicians and student A.V. assistants who deliver or operate equipment for non-course related events. Equipment can be picked up at Media Services, B New South, or delivered and picked up for a fee, generally $50.00 or $100.00 depending on setup requirements. Delivery service is not available to student groups. A late charge of $10.00 per day will be assessed for overdue equipment. Please note: Student Organizations
