Fifty years ago, the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee was organizing across the segregated South of the United States, playing a major role in the Civil Rights Movement. Half a century later, some members of the movement met at Princeton's Center for African American Studies to help create a sustained legacy preservation effort for SNCC.
