PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Campus Community (CC). Formerly known as PeopleSoft HR.
HCM and CC is the Universitys system of record for the entry, maintenance and processing of employee information which includes biographic, demographic, employment, compensation, payroll and benefit data. It is the system for employee self service as well that allows employees to make changes to their personal information (bio/demo), enroll in benefits and make changes to their federal taxes online.
HCM and CC is a Commercial Oracle application modified by Princeton. The system is built as a 3-tier architecture using Oracle Database that integrates with many significant systems across the enterprise.
Levels of access
Central administrative offices & department managers for administrative functions. All employees for self service.
Who should request access
Central administrative offices & department managers. Employees are grant access to self service automatically as they are hired.
