Admission Web Application - Back Office
Function
The UA Back Office system serves the needs of Undergraduate Admission Office.
- To provide web based data entry form for received paper admission application.
- To allow batch printing or printing individual application by the UA Office.
- To provide the search applicants function to the UA Office
Technical Architecture
UA Back Office is a custom application developed in-house using Java technology.
System requirements
SSH2 for access to the system. Browsers supported are: IE and Firefox, Safari
System availability
The system is available 24/7 from early August till late February.
Training opportunities
As needed. Training is done by the Undergraduate Admission office
