Function
The UA Arts Supplements system is a Custom In-House Developed application built using Java EE technology that serves the needs of Undergraduate Admission Office with the following features: Applicant’s process: Allow applicants to submit the arts supplements form and attach sound files, videos, images, web links, documents and resumes online. Admission back office Process and Evaluator’s Process:
- Worklist to list all submitted art works.
- Admissions staff maintains evaluators’ list by department and the art work category
- Admissions staff manually enters information for physical supplements that will still be sent to department.
- Allow for the arts faculty to view appropriate arts supplements and submit evaluations per art work.
