FUNDING FOR ATTENDANCE AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE AMERICAN STUDIES ASSOCIATION
American Studies Association Annual Meeting
“Practices of Citizenship, Sustainability and Belonging”, November 5-8, 2009, Washington, D.C.
We will reimburse certain costs associated with attendance at the ASA conference, or other similar academic conferences, including:
Travel
Registration
Two nights lodging at the conference hotel (room sharing, if possible)
Up to University per diem for food – receipts required
Students are eligible for one trip during their tenure at Princeton. If presenting a paper or participating in a panel, a second trip may be covered.
The ASA also provides travel grants for graduate students who are members of the ASA and will be presenting at the annual meeting: applications are due by September 19, 2008.
