PostDoc Program
Research Program in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences
The postdoctoral research and visiting scientist program is a collaboration between AOS at Princeton University and NOAA/GFDL, intended to support research in the atmospheric and oceanic sciences. The program offers a stimulating environment in which to conduct independent research and/or to collaborate with resident scientists on problems of theoretical or practical interest. Each program scientist is assigned a host with related research interests from within the AOS program or at GFDL. Potential research areas are described at http://www.princeton.edu/aos/research and http://www.gfdl.noaa.gov/research. Applications are sought twice a year. The deadline for the next round of applications is April 1, 2010, and an additional competition is expected six months from this date.
