Conditioning for Dancers

Begins Tuesday, February 5, 2013

Conditioning for Dancers introduces participants to movement practices that develop balance, strength, coordination and mobility. Drawing from influences of Ideokinesis, Gyrotonics, Feldenkrais, Pilates, yoga and other somatic techniques, this class will integrate movement repatterning explorations with core strengthening exercises to develop movement awareness and increase stability and mobility.

FREE to all University students, alumni and Program in Dance faculty and staff.
ONLY $10/class or $130 for full semester (1x/week) for all other University faculty and staff.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Register for classes in the Dance Program Office, Room 118 at 185 Nassau Street. If this office is closed, please visit the Programs Office, Room 112 at 185 Nassau Street.

No cash accepted (if at all possible).
We welcome checks for payment
(payable to: PU Program in Dance).
We do not accept credit cards
