Conditioning for Dancers
Conditioning and Yoga for Dancers introduces participants to movement practices that develop balance, strength, coordination and mobility. Drawing from influences of yoga, Ideokinesis, Feldenkrais, Modern Dance and other somatic techniques, this class will integrate movement re-patterning explorations with core strengthening exercises to develop movement awareness and increase stability and mobility.
FREE to all University students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
