Meg Wolitzer is a novelist whose books include The Wife; The Position; The Ten-Year Nap; The Uncoupling; and, in April 2013, The Interestings. Wolitzer has also published a book for young readers, The Fingertips of Duncan Dorfman. A young adult novel, Belzhar, will be published next year. A recipient of a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, her fiction has appeared in The Best American Short Stories and The Pushcart Prizes. She lives in New York City.
