Princeton University Ten-Minute Play Contest
The Lewis Center for the Arts' Program in Theater at Princeton University sponsors an annual Ten-Minute Play Contest for high school juniors. Submissions are accepted each year in March and cash prizes are awarded in June. Details for the 2014 contest will be posted here in January 2014.

Third place: Three Thousand Terajoules by Lauren Byrne
Honorable Mention: Mother's Orange Sorbet by Amelia Jane Nierenberg
Information from last year's contest:
First Prize: $500
Second Prize: $250
Third Prize: $100
How to Apply:
Any student who is in the eleventh grade during the 2012-13 academic year is eligible for the Princeton University Ten-Minute Play Prize. Applicants may submit only one play – 10 pages maximum/one page equals one minute.
We encourage you to send your entries by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with ten-minute play in the subject line by March 31, 2013.
Submissions may be mailed and postmarked by March 31, 2013 and addressed to:

Unfortunately, we cannot acknowledge receipt of submissions or provide critical feedback. Entries are not returnable. Due to the volume of entries, only the winners will be notified.
The jury will consist of members of the Princeton University 2012-2013 Theater faculty.
