Project Schedule
Construction of the Arts and Transit Project began in 2013 and was completed in fall 2017. Construction milestones for the project include:

| Fall 2013 | New commuter parking lot and temporary train platform open; renovation of existing station buildings begins | |
| Fall 2013-Early 2014 | Construction of Alexander Street-University Place roundabout | |
| Fall 2014 | New train station, Wawa and transit plaza open; access road from Alexander Street to West Garage (Lot 7) opens | |
| Fall 2017 | Arts buildings open |
