Endnote and RefWorks are electronic "bibliographic managers"--software that enables researchers to create their own databases from references found in online library catalogs and indexes, and to automatically format references in any standard citation style.

The University Library offers basic and intermediate hands-on workshops on both EndNote and RefWorks. At the beginning of each semester, one-hour introductory demonstrations sponsored by The Productive Scholar are also offered.
