Application for the Undergraduate Certificate in Finance
Please complete either the Download or the Fill-in form and submit to the Bendheim Center for Finance (26 Prospect Ave, 2nd Floor), by May 31 of your sophomore year.
Applications may be submitted by email to the program administrator, Ellen DiPippo. If you choose to email your application, please also send a printed copy to the Bendheim Center for Finance.
Please make sure that all pages, including attachments, are stapled together.
Admission decisions will be communicated by email to the address you indicate on the form by June 30.
