William Gansa - Bridge Year India
My name is William Gansa and I’m from Los Angeles, California. I love to play and watch soccer and spend a good deal of time reading. I recently graduated from Crossroads High School where I wrote for the school newspaper and discovered a love of the outdoors on many school-sponsored camping trips into Joshua Tree National Park and the Southern Sierra Nevada. My time in Spain as an exchange student inspired a desire in me to live all over the world and to apply to the Bridge Year Program. I’m excited to dine on authentic Indian cuisine, do my best to learn Hindi, and experience day-to-day life in a different country throughout the coming year. At this point, my biggest concern is where to watch Liverpool FC play their games in Banaras! I will miss my parents, my friends, and my dog tremendously.
