Junior and Senior Advising
For most students, junior and senior years mark a new chapter in your Princeton careers. BSE students will have started your majors in sophomore year, but AB students will just be beginning your majors, and this is the time for all to engage in independent work and look ahead to graduation and beyond. Your departments will serve as your main source of advisement on all departmental matters, but the residential colleges will continue to be a source of general advice and support. We must also approve all Dean’s Date extensions (including independent work), course changes for non-departmentals, and any changes of concentration. Just as Dr. Lazen works most actively with freshmen and sophomores, Dean Stirk works most closely with juniors and seniors and is responsible for helping to ensure that you can graduate on time.
