I am a third-year graduate student in the Molecular Biology department studying the mechanism underlying cancer metastasis (how cancer cells spread to distant organs). I am originally from Yugoslavia but I moved to Germany in the early 90's where I finished my highschool education. I migrated to the UK where I graduated from the University of Oxford in 2009 with a degree in Biochemistry. In my senior year, I participated in an exchange programme that allowed me to spend a semester at Princeton and enjoy undergraduate life at Butler College. This encouraged me to return for grad school. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, painting, watching movies and spending time with my friends! I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
