Hello! I'm in my final year of the MPA program at the Woodrow Wilson School. I love making cities better, so my work focuses on urban development and neighborhood revitalization. I have a special place in my heart for cities that have seen better days like Detroit, nearby Trenton, and the outer boroughs of NYC (where I've lived and/or worked--and where there's a lot of work to be done!). Exploring the unique offerings of places where I live is one of my favorite things to do and I've found the arts and the outdoors in the Princeton area to be pretty rich, so look out for some field trips! To de-stress, I dance, watch Charlie Rose or listen to Alec Baldwin's podcast, cook (usually while doing one of the above), practice yoga/mindfulness/meditation, and throw dinner parties (you'll be invited). Between me and fellow RGS, Geeta, you'll get to taste some West Indian food from our families' home countries of Jamaica and Trinidad, respectively. Unrelatedly, if I had to pick a theme song that played every time I walked into a room, it would be James Brown's "I Feel Good".
