Planned projects
Planned projects have not yet been approved by the Princeton Regional Planning Board or other appropriate municipal authority.
These projects are at various stages of development. The concept for the Arts and Transit Neighborhood, for example, has evolved from the original Campus Plan into a detailed neighborhood plan. The architect for the initial academic buildings has been selected.
Other projects, such as child care expansion, have been deferred. As part of University cost savings measures associated the economic downturn, decisions to go forward with a renovation or new construction project are being made on a case-by-case basis, contingent on having 100 percent of the funding in hand.
