Payment for memberships can be made by cash, check, or credit card. They can be purchased either through our online registration system or at the Dillon Gym front desk. Checks should be made payable to Princeton University.
For full-time Princeton University faculty and staff members, we continue to offer the ability to deduct the majority of the price of your membership from your University paycheck. This will help to spread the cost of the membership over a 6-month period. The payroll deduction option will be extended to all full-time faculty and staff who purchase a full-year membership prior to October 15, 2015. An initial deposit of $70 will be required at sign-up; while the remaining balance of $150 will be deducted from your paycheck beginning November, 2015, through April, 2016.
Princeton University does not sell recreational family memberships. Each individual member of a family must have their own valid membership in order to use the facilities. Faculty, staff and student spouses, domestic partners and dependent children must first acquire a Princeton University ID card from the TigerCard office in the New South building before being eligible to purchase a membership. Your university ID will serve as your membership card. It will be activated within two business days of your purchase. All general public, alumni, and affiliate members will be provided with an ID from the TigerCard office in the New South building after purchasing a membership.
