Welcome to the Group Fitness & Instructional Programs page. We offer classes throughout the year in:
The following classes require a punch card. (Current schedule available under schedule tab)
- Yoga, Pilates, Cycle and Group Fitness(Zumba, Polynesian Fitness, BodyPump, BodyCombat, Bokwa, Circuit, Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt)
The following classes require registration:
- Martial Arts (Krav Maga, Capoeira, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Martial Arts & Healing)
- Racquet Sports (Tennis and Squash)
- Special Interest (Figure Skating)
- Dance (Ballroom, Hip Hop, and Belly)
- TRX

NOTE: For dependents under 18 years of age, Membership in Dillon Gym does not provide access to registration for Group and Instructional classes.
Refund Policy
* Instructional classes-You can drop a class for any reason during the first week of classes. No refunds after February 17, 2013.
* Group Fitness schedule-Punch cards can not be returned- instructors and classes are subject to change.
Class Descriptions
Links follow below with current schedules for classes. All participants must be registered for classes and have a punch card.
Please note that you must have a punch card for -- Group Fitness/Cycle/Yoga. Cards may be purchased online or at the Front Desk in Dillon Gym.
NOW AVAILABLE: One time group fitness pass. Must be purchased at Dillon Gym.
Students/Members: $10
Staff/Faculty: $15
Community Member: $20 (must be sponsored by member)
