General Information

Welcome to the Group & Instructional Programs page.  We offer classes throughout the year in:

  • Aquatics (Scuba and Swimming)
  • Dance (Ballroom, Latin, Hip Hop, Salsa, Social, Swing and Belly)
  • Group Fitness
  • Martial Arts (Kung Fu, Aikido, Boxing Conditioning, Capoeira, Shotokan Karate, Martial Qigong, and Tai Chi)
  • Racquet Sports (Tennis and Squash)
  • Special Interest (Golf and Figure Skating)
  • Spinning (indoor cycling)
  • Yoga/Pilates/Wellness

Instructional Program Sign Up

Instructional classes can be purchased via the following methods:

Online -- To purchase online, simply login to our registration site and register for your choice of classes.  Online purchases can be made using a credit/debit card or student account charge.

In Person -- To purchase in person, simply stop by the Campus Recreation Office in Dillon Gym, room 103.  Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00-5:00.  Only cash or check can be accepted in person.

Refund Policy

You can drop a class for any reason during the first week of classes.

The last day to drop a class and receive a refund is one week from the start date of your class. You will receive your refund via check in 4-6 weeks.  There will be NO REFUNDS issued for punch cards or passes.

Class Descriptions

Links follow below with current schedules for Group Fitness, Yoga/Pilates/Wellness and Spinning classes.  Fall classes will begin on Monday, 9/21 for our free trial week. As of Monday, 9/28, all participants must be registered for classes and have a punch card/pass if required.

Please note that you must have an appropriate punch card for each area--Group Fitness cards will not be accepted for Yoga classes, etc. Cards may be purchased online or during normal business hours in Dillon Gym, Room 103.
