Affiliates of Princeton University

 

The following is a list of the Princeton University affiliated groups who are extended the opportunity to purchase a recreational membership at a discounted rate.  If you are a member of one of these groups then you can follow the directions on this page; if not you must follow the instructions on the "General Public" page.

YOU WILL NEED A PRINCETON UNIVERSITY ID CARD TO ACCESS THE DILLON GYM FACILITIES.

If you are a member of one of the above groups and already have a Princeton University ID card...

  1. Submit a copy of your ID from your affiliated group, your Princeton University ID number, your Princeton University netID (if you have one) and a valid e-mail address to Dillon Gym Room 103.  (You may also scan your ID and e-mail the information to rec@princeton.edu with the subject line "Membership Request.")
  2. On the next business day we will set up your netID for our online registration system.
  3. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to validate your netID and create a password.  Activate your account.
  4. Proceed to our online registration system.
  5. Login and purchase a recreational membership or register for instructional classes.
  6. After you have purchased a membership, allow 1-2 business days for your PUID to be activated.

If you are a member of one of the above groups and do not have a Princeton University ID card...

  1. Submit a copy of your ID from your affiliated group, your Princeton University netID (if you have one) and a valid e-mail address to Dillon Gym Room 103. (You may also scan your ID and e-mail the information to rec@princeton.edu with the subject line "Membership Request.")
  2. On the next business day we will set up your netID for our online registration system and begin the process of issuing a Princeton University ID to you.
  3. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to validate your netID and create a password.  Activate your account.
  4. Proceed to our online registration system.
  5. Login and purchase a recreational membership or register for instructional classes.
  6. After you have purchased a membership, wait 1-2 business days before going to the TigerCard office in the New South building to pick up your Princeton University ID card, which you will use to access the Dillon Gym facilities.
