Figure Skating
Princeton University Figure Skating Club gives students the perfect opportunity to combine a top-notch education and their desire to keep skating in college. The club consists of every level skater, from beginner through senior, and provides around 25 hours of ice time each week available at Baker, the on-campus rink. Club members have the opportunity to compete in intercollegiate competitions all over the East coast throughout the year. In addition, most club members participate in our open-collegiate synchronized skating team. The synchronized skating team competes with anywhere from eight to twenty skaters. Every year, we represent Princeton at the Cape Cod Synchronized Skating Classic competition and at Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championship. Finally, the club hosts biannual themed exhibitions at Baker, where the synchronized skating team showcases their competition routine and all club members are encouraged to choreograph and perform solos, duets, and group numbers. Princeton University Figure Skating Club is an entirely student-run organization, and we are always looking for enthusiastic new members!
