In order to fully comply with the Univerrsity's policies on student extracurricular travel, all Sport Clubs travel that is overnight will be required to be placed onto the University Travel Database. If a trip is registered on the Database, a Travel Request Form is not required, although all travelers must still complete all required paperwork through the Database. For day trips, clubs must turn in a Travel Request Form to the Assistant Director at least two weeks before travel occurs.
