Targeted Emails

Career Services can send targeted email messages regarding your organization to students who have expressed an interest in career opportunities within your industry. We can also send email messages to students inviting them to your employer information sessions.
 
Due to the high volume of requests and to avoid overloading students with emails, we have established the following guidelines: Only 1 targeted message will be sent by Career Services per event/position. Please keep in mind that we do not send out just-in-time or same-day emails. Targeted emails must be text only (no PDFs) and follow this format:
 
Title of event/position

Date, time, and location if it is an event

Two or three sentences MAX describing the event/position and who should attend/apply (specify year, major etc.) – students can be directed to the actual posting online for a full description

How to apply: mention of TigerTracks (especially for on-campus recruiting positions) and/or the link to your website if they must apply online

Any important deadlines

Employer contact information

Send the above information to Seeta Hayban, Recruiting Assistant, at recruit@princeton.edu. PDF documents and other additional information can be sent to this address, but they will not be forwarded on to students.
