A robust network and strong mentoring relationships are critical to successful careers.During this interactive discussion, we'll talk about how women can thoughtfully and strategically create a network that will help them achieve their professional goals.

We'll also discuss characteristics of successful mentoring relationships and how to nurture and grow those relationships over time. We hope that, in addition to being a valuable experience, this session will also provide a taste of what we mean by "professional development" at McKinsey.
