Sophomores: Discover and Optimize Your Strengths Princeton students already excel at a lot of things! But how do you identify and describe those things when you are asked, `What are your strengths?` Career Services invites sophomores to apply to take part in a special new pilot program designed just for sophomores to help you discover and optimize your strengths as you pursue a wide-range of activities and opportunities on-campus and beyond. This program will teach you how to confidently articulate your strengths using language that will ensure you will make a positive impression on others (peers, professors, alumni, prospective employers, etc.).
