With over 36 years of experience, alumnus Rod McNealy will offer an overview of the marketing field, basic marketing concepts and career options, and share his insights and advice for students.

Rod McNealy ’72 is Principal of McNealy Advanced Communications (MAC). He conducts marketing and advertising courses at the Wharton School, the Yale School of Management, and Mount Holyoke College. His thirty-six year business career has focused on the fields of Marketing and Advertising. He worked in a variety of Marketing Leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson for thirty-one years, with his most recent role being Director of the Johnson & Johnson Marketing & Advertising College.
