"The Leader in You" Presented by Cheryl Rowe-Rendleman '81, CEO, Omar Consulting
Open to all students. Leadership abilities are often cited as critical to professional development in all industries and fields. Understanding traditional leadership styles -being directive and authoritative, and also knowing when to be more nurturing and collaborative is essential to effective leadership. Dr. Cheryl Rowe-Rendleman is CEO of Omar Consulting Group in Princeton Junction. Omar Consulting Group, LLC is a strategic research and medical writing company that specializes in translational medicine, pre-clinical assessments of technology, and regulatory communications in ophthalmology.Omar provides clients in university, pharma, and biotech settings with competitive intelligence, translational science, and medical writing services to support drug and device development. Dr. Rowe-Rendleman will share her insights and business experience regarding leadership development.
