The IMAGINE Speaker Series, sponsored by Career Services, brings to campus alumni who speak about their unimagined career journeys, reflecting upon the paths and choices of their careers. Brett creates strategic alliances with International and US Olympic Committees, athletes, and agents as well as with advertisers (Coca-Cola, Nike, MTV)for coverage and marketing of the Olympic Games. He received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School and as counsel negotiates revenue sharing deals with the Olympic Committees, NFL, NHL, PGA, and others. His legal background includes intellectual property (trademark, copyright),as well as talent negotiations. He received an Emmy Award for his research contributions to the coverage of the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992.
