Communication - it`s a mainstay on lists of alternative careers for scientists. But it`s not for everyone. This talk is for the grad student or postdoc trying to decide on a career direction. Carmen Drahl *07 will talk about working as a science journalist at a weekly magazine, explain how she got there, and describe the skills a Ph.D. picks up that make a sturdy foundation for a writing career.
