How to Tune Up Your Career in a Down Market

Students are welcome to register for this Reunions event. Learn how to build, re-tool and strengthen your career -- important skills during the current economic turmoil and for a lifetime.

The program is designed as an informative and informal way for alumni to discuss career-related issues in a constructive and friendly environment. Lisa Baar Baird '89 (Spencer Stuart) and John Jannarone '03 (The Wall Street Journal) will present an assessment of the changing job market. Right Management and Lee Hecht Harrison career consultants will lead hands-on workshops that focus on assessing skills, identifying transferable skills, evaluating personal and professional strengths, setting career objectives, devising job search strategies, improving the resume, networking, interviewing and optimizing online resources.
