Sophomores: Discover & Optimize Your Strengths
Princeton students already excel at a lot of things! But how do you identify and describe those things when you are asked, What are your strengths? Career Services invites sophomores to apply to take part in a special new pilot program designed just for sophomores to help you discover and optimize your strengths as you pursue a wide-range of activities and opportunities on-campus and beyond. This program will teach you how to confidently articulate your strengths using language that will ensure you will make a positive impression on others (peers, professors, alumni, prospective employers, etc.).

Date/Time: January 31, 2013 at 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm
Here’s how the program works: On Thursday, Jan. 31, Career Services will host a 1-1/4 hour session for a small group of 10-15 students. Lunch will be provided. To Apply: Send a 2-3 sentence statement to dottie@princeton.edu outlining the reason(s) why you would like to participate in the “Discover and Optimize Your STRENGTHS” program. Deadline: Friday, 1/25, 11:59 pm. You will be notfied about your acceptance to the program via email by Monday, 1/28. Please note: accepted students will be given directions to complete the StrengthsFinder assessment in advance, and will be required to forward their results to Career Services prior to their session.
