With such diverse disciplines, research, and goals, resumes for most graduate students will vary greatly. Although the Chronological style of resume is very widely used and accepted, many graduate students who are seeking positions outside of the academy will want to highlight their experience in a functional or modified functional resume. These types of resumes will allow skills to be emphasized.
