Loo and Carter at the World Economic Forum

Two CBE faculty were among a nine-person delegation of Princeton faculty members, led by University President Christopher Eisgruber, who took part in and led discussions on major global issues at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, last week.  Professor Lynn Loo, who is also Director of Princeton’s Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment and a WEF Young Global Leader, discussed energy technology, women in technology, and turning science fiction into fact.  SEAS Dean Emily Carter, also an associated faculty member in CBE, discussed adapting to and mitigating climate change, and income inequality and opportunities to improve the human condition.  For more information and pictures from the event, see the story on the Princeton University homepage
