Assistant Professor Search in Energy and Sustainability Now Open
The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University seeks outstanding applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level, with the potential to be jointly appointed with Princeton’s Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment, effective as early as September 1, 2013. The search is open to candidates specializing in any aspect of energy and sustainability, including but not limited to: energy generation, conversion, and/or storage; biofuels via biochemical or chemical/thermal transformations; waste heat recovery; water desalination; and separations, capture, and/or chemical transformations of carbon dioxide.
The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field, demonstrated excellence in academic research, and a strong commitment to teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students.
