M. Eng. Requirements

A Master of Engineering degree is offered to those students who are interested in the applied aspects of engineering and wish to prepare for professional practice and consulting.

The department offers two such programs, the master of engineering in structural engineering and the master of engineering in environmental engineering and water resources. The Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering focuses on the applied aspects of structural engineering as the Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Water Resources focuses on the applied aspects environmental engineering.

In each case, the student fulfills the requirements by successfully completing 8 one-semester courses. The M.Eng. degree is completed in one academic year of full-time study.
