MacArthur Award for Ted Zoli
The department is delighted to announce that Ted Zoli, who has been teaching here in CEE for the past 6 years, and who is an alumnus of our department, has been awarded a MacArthur Fellowship, sometimes known as the "genius grant". Ted teaches our senior bridge design course, always to rave reviews from the students. He has also taught other courses here, and has helped both seniors and graduate students with their research projects. He is generally considered to be the best bridge designer in the country, and we are very happy to include him among our visiting faculty. Please join us in congratulating Ted for this very well-deserved honor.
