Erman Eruz, Class of 2014, Receives the 2014-2015 Thornton Tomasetti Foundation National Scholarship

The department is pleased to announce that Erman Eruz, Class of 2014, has been chosen to receive a $10,000 Thornton Tomasetti Foundation National 2014-2015 Scholarship for his exceptional academic success and demonstrated interest in the integration of engineering and architecture. 

The Foundation received submittals from 17 universities which were reviewed by their jury, John Abruzzo, Tanya de Hoog, Faz Ehsan, Anjana Kadakia and Wayne Stocks, Principals from five Thornton Tomasetti offices in the US and abroad.

Since 2008, the Thornton Tomasetti Foundation has funded more than $548,000 in grants and fellowships, scholarships and internships for undergraduate students, and those planning to pursue graduate studies in building engineering, design or technology. It is their goal, through generous contributions made from their supporters, to help students such as Erman pursue their education with less financial burden.
