Mark received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University in 2007. During his PhD years Mark focused in structural engineering and risk assessment. His interests in computational problems and the outstanding coding capabilities have been a tremendous help for our group. Though we hold his initial origins as a structural engineer against him we are happy to have him join the right side of the department. Mark is currently working in the CO2 mitigation problem looking on how to develop numerical and computational algorithms to make modeling faster and more effective.
