The four courses offered were Combustion Theory, Combustion Chemistry, Quantitative Laser Diagnostics for Combustion Chemistry and Propulsion, and Computational Turbulent Combustion, taught respectively by Professors Moshe Matalon of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Michael J. Pilling of the University of Leeds, Ronald K. Hanson of Stanford University, and Dr. Thierry Poinsot of the Institut de Mecanique des Fluides de Toulouse, CNRS.
Keeping with tradition, our farewell dinner was again held at the new chemistry building on the last evening of the 2013 Princeton-CEFRC Summer School. Each year friendships are renewed and new ones are formed as students flock to the summer school. Pictured here, students and lecturers gathered late into the evening to enjoy the last day of summer school.
