Location/Accommodations
The Summer School will be held on the beautiful campus of Princeton University. On-campus lodging in single-person, air-conditioned dormitory rooms with same-gender shared bath facilities is available to all participants(1).
Breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plans are available to all participants. Participants may also choose to make arrangements to stay and dine at area hotels and restaurants.
(1) Summer school dormitory facilities have been reserved for participants who are not currently students at Princeton University.
Program Dates
Arrival and Orientation/Welcome Reception: The summer school will begin with an orientation and welcome reception on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 5:30pm. Staff will be available from 1pm - 5pm prior to the reception for check in to dormitory rooms. Participants may also arrange for early arrival and check-in on Saturday, June 22, 2013.
Class Schedule: Classes will be held from Monday, June 24, 2013 through Friday, June 28, 2013.
Summer School Closing Dinner: The summer school will conclude with a dinner and wrap-up session on Friday evening, June 28.
Departure and Check Out: Dormitory check out is Saturday, June 29, 2013, 8AM - 12PM.
Expenses
Dormitory: $53.50 per night. (Dormitory arrangements are available 6/23-6/29).
Meals: (Meal arrangements are available 6/24-6/29).
Breakfast: $9.55 per day; Dinner: $18.15 per day;
Lunch: Cost of Mon - Fri lunch is included in Registration Fee for all participants EXCEPT Princeton staff and post docs, who may purchase lunch at an additional cost of $20 per day.
Registration (non refundable after June 1, 2013):
$50 - Students at U.S. academic institutions.
$150 - Non-Princeton research/teaching staff of U.S. academic institutions and government agencies (Mon-Fri lunch included in this fee).
$50 - Princeton research/teaching staff (lunch may be purchased at an additional cost of $20 per day)
$350 - All other participants (Mon-Fri lunch included in this fee)
Student Scholarships
All non-Princeton University students who are enrolled at U.S. academic institutions will receive scholarships sufficient to cover the expenses for up to 6 nights of dormitory lodging from June 23 to June 29 and all meals from June 24 to June 28, 2013.
All students currently enrolled at Princeton University will receive scholarships sufficient to cover the expenses for 5 days of lunch, from June 24 to June 28, 2013.
