2000 Feb.-June, 2000: The Quest, was a challenging series of word games about the history of the Graduate School with prizes for winning solutions, sponsored by the APGA. While the Quest is now officially over, we still encourage you to try your hand at solving the puzzles which remain on-line. In the process, you might learn something new about the history of the Graduate School. May 26, 2000: APGA Reunions for graduate alumni from all departments; interdisciplinary panels and department programs; festive Cleveland Tower ceremony with dean's reception and carillon concert, Centennial kickoff dinner and courtyard concert by jazz guitarist Stanley Jordan '81, nightly tent hopping, and dancing. May 27, 2000: "Educated Guesses: Cross-disciplinary Predictions for the Next Century" -- a symposium of distinguished graduate alumni, APGA joins the P-rade with a Brazilian band, evening Centennial concert and fireworks display, featuring the Centennial banner taken into orbit and back by Astronaut Daniel T. Barry *80. May 28, 2000: Woodrow Wilson School Reunions July 2 - Sept. 3, 2000: Summer Carillon Concert Series. Sundays, 1:00 p.m., at the Graduate College. Following the August 27 concert, a reception will be held for the community in honor of the Centennial of the Graduate School Sept. 10, 2000: Opening Exercises and orientation week activities. Sept. 11-12, 2000: "Parallel Pathways and Alternative Choices in Molecular Biology: Sequels to the Ph.D. Degree." Molecular Biology Centennial Symposium.
